Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.


HOW TO RETURN – for an exchange or refund:


  1. Please email first so we can ensure that you are eligible for a return/refund and can ensure the product you want to exchange is in stock.


  1. Print and complete the returns form:


  1. Return the product to us suitably packaged (any products arriving damaged or unsellable may not be accepted).


You need to return your item within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, in it’s original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. Make-up marks, stains, animal hair and scented items will not be accepted and sent back.  If 14 days have gone by since signing for your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which remains your responsibility until received by us.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and recommend you retain proof of sending.  We will not be responsible for any customs or import duties in relation to returns and exchanges.


All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item and refunds credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.


We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase less any shipping fees.


Faulty Items


My Jilbab aim to manufacture and sell products with the highest of quality standards.  However, due to the manufacturing process and the technical properties of our fabrics, occasionally mistakes may occur and somehow slip through the net.


If you think that your purchase is faulty please send us an email immediately to along with an image so we can look into this.  We will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fail and will return or refund the product
