Yes, MyJilbab offers worldwide shipping.

For UK orders under 2kg : Royal Mail 1stClass (FREE)

For UK orders over 2kg: DHL

For International Orders: DHL Express (delivery aim within 2 business days)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours where possible.

At MyJilbab we specialise in lightweight, breathable fabrics and all of our abayas/jilbabs/khimars are suitable for hot weather and perfect to take on Hajj or Umrah.

TAILORING

All our items are readymade and cannot be customised.

PRICING INFORMATION

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, myjilbab expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees due in their country of residence. This will vary from country to country.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are refunded in full, minus the order processing fee charged to MyJilbab from Stripe Payments UK Ltd.

We do not charge an extra fee on top for orders that have already been packaged but we stress to our customers to shop responsibly to reduce unnecessary wastage and fees.
